Shipping & Delivery

  • Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver all our products personally to ensure the best possible customer service. We currently deliver to Pune, Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai and will be expanding to other cities very soon. If you are in a city that is not serviced by us, please contact our customer support and we can arrange to have your items shipped to you at an additional cost

  • Approximately how long after placement of order will I receive my purchase?

Products that are in stock will be delivered within 7-10 days from date of order placement and payment confirmation. If the product is out of stock, the time of delivery will differ from product to product. Please contact customer support for a possible delivery date. Products are generally dispatched within a day of order confirmation. All the products are transported and delivered using the LF delivery network. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time specified, extenuating circumstances may delay the delivery. On these rare occasions, please do not worry. Our customer support will keep you updated as to the delivery status of your purchase.

  • Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

Shipping charges to the cities we are currently delivering to are included in the price of the item. We currently deliver to Pune Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. If you are in a city that is not serviced by us, please contact our customer support and we can arrange to have your items shipped to you at an additional cost. Local taxes / entry taxes if applicable are charged extra at actual.

  • How do I track my order?

  • What should I do if I am unable to be present to accept the delivery of my purchase?

Delivery will happen within 24 hours of dispatch. On the day of delivery, our customer care will call you to confirm a convenient time as we recommend you be present to accept the delivery and installation of your furniture. If you are not there to take delivery, an alternate time and date for delivery will be scheduled and additional delivery charges ranging between Rs. 500/- and Rs. 2000/- will be charged.

  • If I order multiple items, will they be delivered at the same time?

It is our endeavour to deliver all your products at the same time, however this depends on the availability of certain items which will be intimated to you by our customer support.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship outside of India.
